INSTRUCTIONS TO CONDUCT THE ANCIENT SACRED HEART MEDITATION (ANCIENT RITUAL WITH THE EARTH AND THE SUN) GLOBAL MASS SYNCHRONIZATION EVERY SUNDAY 9AM AND 7PM UTC

 Go to a peaceful place in the natural creation. This space can very well be your own backyard, or a favorite spot at the beach, in the woods, desert, or a field. Best to be out and away of the wifi "cloud" and device free. Take off your shoes and connect barefoot to the earth. Grounding, or earthing by the way, will provide a lovely charge to your cells, and assist in alkalizing your body. Now bring yourself to a meditative state in whatever way works best for you. Breathe the unity breath, or breath of the mystic, which is to imagine breathing together with all of the natural creation as one. Imagine the Masters and your teachers all breathing together with you. Unity breath. Now, begin to think about Mother Earth (Terra) and ALL that she provides you with. Take your time. Thinking of her, focusing on her, feeling her. Ignite the love warmth of your physical heart. Place your love into a sphere and send it deep down into Mother earth's core. Wait to feel her love back. Be patient. Her love will come. Keep your love channeling down into her being. Accept her love into your heart. Maintain sending your love and receiving her love back in a circle. Maintain this circle of love. Next, think about Father Sun (Sol). Think about all that he provides us. Take your time. Connect with him. Place your love for him into a sphere, straight from your physical heart, and send this to him. Wait to feel his love back. Be patient. His love will come. Maintain the flow of love to him and from him in a circle. Now you have a figure 8 of love channeling, flowing, to and from Mother Earth and Father Sun from your physical heart. Breathe through your heart center. Keep this going as long as you wish. You are connected with most powerful and spiritually advanced beings now. You are healing. You are protected. You are one with your Divine parents. You are love.

*This meditation can of course be performed inside, if convenient, to those teaching classes in the studio, or simply if you don't feel like going outside at any particular time. I recommend practicing outside barefoot, and during the daytime, to be one with the elements until the practice has been mastered.. Any time we are connecting and engaging with any energies outside of the self, we are performing ritual. A ceremony is defined as an individual focus, intention, word, and or geometrical movement to manifest a desire. The Sacred Heart is a an ancient ritual, with the Earth and The Sun, variations have universally been practiced by cultures such as The Australian Aboriginals, certain American Indian tribes, Celtic Druids, and Yogis such as Ascended Master Swami Sri Yukteswar Giri. I am being guided by my own Higher self, and The Ascended Masters, to share and coordinate this practice to assist in generating love and raising the collective vibration.
