HOW TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY
Let's begin by talking about love, which may be the highest, most powerful vibration of all. Everyone needs love to be healthy and enjoy the high vibratory existence. Whether the love you generate and share is with your partner, family, or pet, be sure you are loving yourself and sharing love with others. Hugs, cuddles, and warm caressing touches are medicine. Affirm vocally inside to yourself each night before you fall into blissful sleep "I love you, I love you, I love you" Share your love whenever possible to those who you love. Highest of high vibes! Next let's consider our state of mind. Focus on what you want, not on what you don't want. That which we resist, will persist. Don't entertain negative thoughts. Keep those in check. Give any worries over to your Angels for immediate transmutation. Worry doesn't create anything positive. We can simultaneously transmute negative thoughts into a positive manifestation by actually thanking (gratitude) the negative thought by saying NO THANK YOU. Your gratitude will instantly allow you to magnetize an abundance of positive, grateful thoughts. Holding onto negative thoughts and emotions can be considered as adding a brick to your own emotional prison. This serves only to lower our vibration. Thoughts can also considered like a rudder on a ship, setting a course. We have to constantly be the captain of our own mind, and not allow negative thoughts to sway us into a direction. Also consider not making any decisions when in any kind of troubling emotional state. What about hope? Hope is weak, apply the law of manifestation, BELIEVE, have rock solid confident FAITH, know, intend...create. Follow the lead of your heart, your intuition, inner guidance, your vibration will then adjust higher. Truth, especially spoken truth holds the power of our soul expression, and is like a lion that never needs to defend itself. Truth is felt and recognized. It will activate and lead others. Authentic laughter is a another of the most powerful vibrations. Humor is huge! Exercise, Yoga, time in nature, meditation, and The Sacred Heart ritual for example, are all great tools and practices to clear body and mind to raise up the energy vibration. Grounding, or Earthing, going barefoot, tree hugging, any skin to earth contact will charge our cells, help to alkalize our bodies, and ultimately raise up our vibe. Cleansing safely in the Ocean is a very powerful and effective way to release dense emotional energy. Get your face right into the breakers and take in those divine negative ions. Going for a dip in a lake or river, safely, will help raise your vibe too. Cold water cyrotherapy works wonders if you know how to breathe and relax your muscles, but just get in the natural bodies of water no matter the temperature as long as it's a safe place. In Yoga, we use the hindi term avidya to define a low vibrational energy stored in the body which contributes to unconscious actions, ignorance, and stress. Yoga, Pranayama and pranic breathing, connecting with the natural elements, and alkalizing foods all help clear and reduce avidya.
So what about food? Well, anything that had a face, meat, is going to provide not only acid, but a portion of emotional energy to us. Especially if the animal faced trauma at the time of death, these emotions can transfer to our bodies, lowering our vibration. Eat lots of alkalizing vegetables, cucumbers, leafy greens, nuts including coconut, and some fruits in moderation. Bananas and mangos are my favorite! The sugar in fruit has a different molecular makeup than table sugar. Consume only sea salt or pink salt, never table salt as this contains multidimensional health harming sodium fluoride. Completely avoid GMO's and processed packaged foods. Fast food contains actual nanotechnology including antennae fibers! Eat Chickpeas and fava beans. Cholesterol is actually very healthy. It's good for the brain, and also good for our hormones. I personally like to eat eggs. Yeast is especially very high in protein. Brewers Yeast is nearly 100% protein. These are all very healthy to eat for all blood types. Stay away from cheese and milk. Buying organic foods is worth it, still wash your fruits and veggies in cleansing, toxin deactivating naturally structured water. Eat food within 1.5 hours after cooking for maximum energy quotient uptake. (Aryuveda: Sattva, Rajas, Tamas) Eating food too long after cooking transforms the energy of the food into what is called Tamas. The Tamas energy is one of inertia, or cellular aging in our bodies. Tamas lowers energy vibration and level of cognition! Fasting regularly is wonderful to relax the system, clear the mind, and lose weight. A one day fast once a week will make a big difference in overall vibration. Don't smoke or drink alcohol, these activities (habits) attract archons which will hijack our thoughts and begin a process of confusion, and tendency towards addiction to keep allowing the archons to feed from our essence and enjoy experiences through us. Yuck! Smoking non gmo cannabis or using ayahuasca can help us experience different realms, but we will not be prepared to fully deal with the situation as we are not sober! Do it yourself, sober, through your own mind and development for an authentic, and therefore fully prepared experience. Ultimately, all drugs including cannabis, especially smoking it, will serve to lower our frequency while possibly tricking us into feeling like we are raising up. Cannabis also creates "holes" in our aura and opens us up to spiritual attacks and manipulations. Not a good way to raise your vibration for sure, dudes😤 Stay balanced and enjoy foods like ice cream or pasta in moderation. Living a little also will help maintain a high vibration, just stay in control of your habits and actions, and allow your consciousness to discern your moves. Getting quality Sleep is very important for recharging our energy. Make sure your room is clean and organized, sheets clean, pillow soft, teeth brushed and flossed etc. Stay off of the phone or computer just before bedtime and turn off your cell phone and unplug the wifi. Radiation free sleep gives us a break and can help us get into deeper rem cycles. Minimize coffee. Coffee creates cortisol, the stress hormone, and acidifies the body. Too much acid will lower our vibrational frequency. ALKALIZE TO ENERGIZE! Stay light and laugh whenever the opportunity ARISES. Keep fears in check through exercise, alkalizing foods, and conscious thoughts and actions. Fear deactivates our reasoning center, the amygdala, and is in itself one of the lowest vibrations. Sacred heart meditation (see my blog post) is a very nice ancient way to generate and calibrate to the high divine frequency of love. Don't ever forget about love. So what's the vibration now? 💖😃
