POWER VS FORCE (GETTING ROOTED AND MORE SPIRITUALLY PRESENT)
What are the differences between power and force? In terms of a person generating and using these different energies, power is of a much higher vibrational frequency than force. I like to say that force comes from tension, while power comes from calm. A choice of power or force begins with the consciousness, then the mind, and finally the body and muscles. Whether I am conducting ceremony and ritual, or exercising by punching a bag, or deadlifting a loaded barbell, the orientation of my consciousness makes all of the difference in the outcome. If I am completely present, focused, and calm, I can easily generate power. In a state of power, I am breathing smoothly and deep, I am fearless, confident, and my muscles are relaxed and ready to move. Positive energy can create power as it is coming from a higher frequency. Tension, aggression, and any negativity will always generate force which is weak compared to power. Power will always prevail over force in terms of energy. In my Martial arts training, I was taught to focus my intention and movements to strike THROUGH the target (threat) and not simply strike the target. When I lift the barbell, or jump to dunk a basketball, my muscles are relaxed while simultaneously engaged so that all of my spiritual energy can flow through and command the movements. The key is to be in a state of calm. The highest energies are love and compassion. The lowest energies are fear and hatred. Be positive to be in power. Also, if you are looking to generate power you should realize chemistry is important. Too much acid such as drinking coffee before your training will not help to nullify lactic acid buildup and definitely thwart your power as well as endurance. Performing yoga asanas or simple stretches for duration while breathing is most helpful to release body and mental stiffness which correspond to blocks in power. If you haven't transformed yourself from inflexible and unrooted to flexible and rooted, you probably don't realize what is "in there" blocking your from being flexible. Physical blockages can come from several things. Mainly the blocks are inflammation with actual stored emotions. It's often not simply muscle tightness. Muscles become tight due to both inactivity (atrophy) and tension (tightness). Hatha Yoga is the most powerful and effective practice to locate and release stored emotions, resistance, muscle tension, and greatly helps begin to nullify and reverse inflammation. Mobility equals ability. Bodily stiffness as I stated, does correlate to physical brain stiffness. Blocks in the body, blocks in the brain. Realize that the physical brain is not the mind. The mind is the energy field surrounding our brains. We can all share the same mental fields. It's up to us to keep our individual brains healthy and activated in order to access our full hardware. The system is set up to bring us into a left brain orientation. My training has afforded me to develop a more full spatial brain orientation, using both hemisphere's together as one. Sophisticated bodily movements such as yoga, dance, and marital arts all will work and activate the brain as much as the rest of our bodies! Fluidity of mobility, the ability to focus and be fully present, with an open and light heart, are all keys to POWER. Egocentric individuals whom display narcissism, aggression, inauthenticity, or an agenda to control others, lack these necessary energies to generate any real power. These type of people don't generate power, so they may resort to force or even deception.
I teach people to ROOT. Being rooted has to do with being totally physically solid. A strong solid core, hips, and abductors all are essential to be able to generate full power. Power from the legs will transfer through the core to the hands of a rooted person. At age 45, I can say that I am rooted, generally fearless, and always non aggressive. Unless you are Mike Tyson, I am not afraid of you (I like Mike) My development and continued daily shadow work gives me presence and focus, along with positive energy and confidence. While in my teens and 20's I may have resorted to force, now, getting closer to my prime, I am able to use the energies of power. You can too😃 Power will not only help you protect who you love, but also will assist in manifestation of what you want in your life. Belief and faith are power. Clarity of thought and focused intention are power. Self love and compassion is power. Confidence and knowing what you want is power. Forgiveness is power. Not being concerned with what others think of you is power. Exercise and develop your WILLPOWER. Going beyond your comfort zone, breathing and calmly working through discomfort creates more power. Awaken your own individual spirituality and train to get rooted to become the most powerful version of yourself.
Namaste🙏
