Whenever I receive or pick up on a message or sign from the Angels that I can clearly discern and which would be beneficial to share with everyone, I will post it here to help bring through the love and light! 


  




Message #1:  To improve your relationships and increase your own happiness level, take inventory of the people in your life and discern those that uplift and resonate with your energies and those who drain you. Spend time and energy with people who love, nurture and respect you and set firm limits on those who drain and deplete you. Nurture and appreciate your most important relationships and bring honesty, love and joy to the lives of loved ones.

THE ROYAL WHITE SCALED REPTILIAN WOMAN FROM 4D PLANET EARTH

Reptilians! Well, they are people. Humanoid reptilian people. About as many unique races of reptilian people exist as there are lizard species on our planet, and maybe even add in the snake species as well. Most of their race originates from the Alpha Draconis system. INSTRUCTIONS TO CONDUCT THE ANCIENT SACRED HEART MEDITATION (ANCIENT RITUAL WITH THE EARTH AND THE SUN) GLOBAL MASS SYNCHRONIZATION EVERY SUNDAY 9AM AND 7PM UTC

 Go to a peaceful place in the natural creation. This space can very well be your own backyard, or a favorite spot at the beach, in the woods, desert, or a field. Best to be out and away of the wifi "cloud" and device free. Take off your shoes and connect barefoot to the earth. Grounding, or earthing by the way, will provide a lovely charge to your cells, and assist in alkalizing your body. Now bring yourself to a meditative state in whatever way works best for you. Breathe the unity breath, or breath of the mystic, which is to imagine breathing together with all of the natural creation as one. Imagine the Masters and your teachers all breathing together with you. Unity breath. Now, begin to think about Mother Earth (Terra) and ALL that she provides you with. Take your time. Thinking of her, focusing on her, feeling her. Ignite the love warmth of your physical heart. Place your love into a sphere and send it deep down into Mother earth's core.
