 Go to a peaceful place in the natural creation. This space can very well be your own backyard, or a favorite spot at the beach, in the woods, desert, or a field. Best to be out and away of the wifi "cloud" and device free. Take off your shoes and connect barefoot to the earth. Grounding, or earthing by the way, will provide a lovely charge to your cells, and assist in alkalizing your body. Now bring yourself to a meditative state in whatever way works best for you. Breathe the unity breath, or breath of the mystic, which is to imagine breathing together with all of the natural creation as one. Imagine the Masters and your teachers all breathing together with you. Unity breath. Now, begin to think about Mother Earth (Terra) and ALL that she provides you with. Take your time.
