Grounding, or earthing by the way, will provide a lovely charge to your cells, and assist in alkalizing your body. Now bring yourself to a meditative state in whatever way works best for you. Breathe the unity breath, or breath of the mystic, which is to imagine breathing together with all of the natural creation as one.
