 Cobra wrote this in a post from 2015: "Forgiveness is easy if you understand that everybody on this planet had some really traumatic experiences in this or any of the previous lifetimes. Each individual reacts upon those experiences in a unique way. To release the past and learn from it is the key to the new reality. We need to start focusing on how to make things work in the new society. Forgiveness will open a flow of cosmic Love upon the surface of this planet and this energy is exactly what the advanced extraterrestrial races need to anchor their ships here after the First Contact." ME: I have been reading through Cobra's archives as I have missed many posts over the years. I also wanted to view things from my current consciousness,  and maybe pick up on information that may have slipped by my concentration.  This exert from a post of Cobra's from 2015 caught my eye, my heart, and reminded me of...  I was reminded of Ho'oponopono.  The word meditation has been "thrown around" and discussed everywhere from the mainstream media to the Yoga studio, to Hollywood, to the dinner table. Let me tell you this: Meditation actually doesn't really work so well for me! The phrase being in the "now" moment has also been widely thrown around, reminded, and recommended by soo many. We are all unique and complex people. Each of us has our own thing going on, our own unique perceptions, individual energy signatures, unique elements and Astrological alignment influences.  Personally, I usually, if not always, have A LOT of mental energy. I also normally have a great deal of physical energy. What works best for me? Physical movement to clear my energy and mental functions. Breathing while doing Yoga asana flows and deep, long hatha releases. Animal movements, The healing dance, Ballet hops, sprints, calisthenics, or Tae kwon do kicks, punches, and blocks.
