Allow love to move along your thoughts and guide your actions. What changes will you notice? Now that the energy, frequency, vibration, and temperature powering the brain is changing, how is this influencing the production and release of brain chemicals such as oxytocin? Is some kind of pain going away now? Breathe through your heart center. Breathe love down through your crown. Inhale love and exhale love. Now inhale love and exhale gratitude. Is gratitude magnetic? How does gratitude affect the brain? What personal and collective changes can be made from the practice of perceiving our outside world from our inner love? LOVE
