 Simply explained, White magic is the RESTORATION OF ENERGY. During traumatic experiences, actual particles of our spiritual energy can detach and separate from our being so as to escape the intensity of the situation.      What are the differences between power and force? In terms of a person generating and using these different energies, power is of a much higher vibrational frequency than force. I like to say that force comes from tension, while power comes from calm. A choice of power or force begins with the consciousness, then the mind, and finally the body and muscles. Reptilians! Well, they are people. Humanoid reptilian people.
