Yogic secrets:

 🧘‍♀️ Breathing through the nose as often as possible, by certain techniques, is a very powerful yogic practice to oxygenate the brain and provide better focus and meditative presence while performing asanas. I often will encourage my students to begin practicing their nose breathing even before we begin our sessions. 


  🧘 When the consciousness is brought all the way down into the right big toe, full spiritual presence ensues. While activated, both big toes combine together as anchors for our most solid asana foundations and inversion extension power points.
